She is very cool with her fans, I have seen her 3x live & after each show she came out to talk, sign autographs & take pictures right on the sidewalk for everyone that waited to maybe meet her. Very down to earth, shy but friendly & appreciative. I'm shure that she just cant do it all the time

She is indeed sweet and kind to her fans. Back in 2004 I gave her flowers with a note inside them telling her how much I enjoyed her music after a concert. I had a front row seat, so I handed them to her when she bowed.

Two weeks later I received an autograph photo in the mail thanking me for the flowers and "the sweet note." I was totally surprised.

She is not a people person, which reflects in this video, but if what happened to me is any indication she is very good to her real fans.
