Don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but i got clamped too and they write down your number plate and take a picture of your car with the clamp.. if any damage is done to the clamp they will fine €500, so good luck
load a crap, they can only claim for damage done if the clamp is applied legally, cutting the lock off would mean a new lock say £60 and thats if they take you to court and if they actually win
dont they take a photo of your car clamped with the number plate and clamp number clearly shown?
