For one, what do you have trouble with? Just use the ice chip and avoid his attacks, when you hit him with the chraged Zsaber it does massive damage, plus he falls to the ground and does an easy to dodge move.
@shadowman980 I've gotten really close to killing him, but for some reason I keep thinking I'm better at dodging than I really am and I don't use my Sub Tank.
All of the games were Hard,it depends on how you limit your play,three was easy to you because of the chips and armors (same in 4),but originally it's without those things,like in 1;they added those for the sake of the casuals and the casuals GBA's XP
those bastards LOL they're easy but they are hard in hard mode, youd have to use the gun and the sword at the same time since in hard mode you use the strongest/defense(forgot) form, but the strongest/defense(forgot form only had one slice, no 2nd or 3rd cut combo not only that no charge attack. so the buster equiped as 2ndary weapon with R button non switch or no b button enabled.
man hard mode was hard when your playing it for the first time.
Dude I thought Mega Man Zero 1 was hard enough, 2 and 3 I thought were impossible, and 4, goddamn, when you fight the commander I had to rego through the entire stage over 15 times, took me two hours just to figure out how to dodge his attacks that cover the ENTIRE SCREEN
my external hard drive has crashed and I've lost all of the vids I was going to upload. and since my normal computer sucks balls without it I can't make the vids. so until I have my drive back, I can't.. but I will as soon as it is repaired

Well Guys Try to play them all in S or A Rank and will see if its hard XD for me is easy, but in Hard Mode with a high rank is a Challenge =D

2 seemed wdf hard after the first bosses or so.
3 was easy. :l
4 wasnt hard, but wasnt as easy. Just follow the storyline.

it's even harder when trying to 100 rank the game...
i spent my good share of time trying to 100 rank normal mode and then i was just blown when ive seen people 100 rank hard mode like it's nothing 0_O

Personally, I think 1 and 4 were the hardest. (never got to play 2) in 3 you were easy to trick out.
