easier moves? em let me think. well the first move i learned to do was the moonwalk, then the slideglide, then the billie jean intro lol the moonwalk is actually an easy move, but hard to perfect. mind u i learned the billie jean intro by watching mj himself, but then i found out how to do it right after watching a tutorial here on youtube a few weeks ago. type in billie jean tutorial and click on the first one, the guy is great. hope that helps. ;-)

This move reminds me of the "cat stance" found in some wushu and Gung Fu Martial arts systems. At least it's how I see it. It has a tendency to look cleaner visually, the thinner you are. Your leg really appears to be waaay out in front.Love the way ramady breaks down every single move! its like putting together a MJ Puzzle. Once you have a catalog of moves you just put em together.

MJ appeared to be very influenced by martial arts, as well as fencing culture. when performing, you'd see him do some thai chi movements as well. with the dangerous tour you began to see a bit more of that, i think.

in the memorial issue that life magazine did, they mentioned his interest in martial arts, with some photos attached. also, he was very influenced by mime culture. this was the brilliance of michael- he learned from so many, and paid tribute in his own way.
