Actually, if you aim all the way to the left or right. Those shots will be identical, so long as the level has no moving pegs (within range of the shot.) Because they are identical until no pegs get hit from the shot, you can time it so the ball always lands in the bucket. With that strategy, you can clear a bunch of pegs, get free balls for each shot, and have a better chance of getting 100% on that level.

No, there is strategy to Peggle. There is a specific technique to recreate shots that have the same outcome every time.
