Second, the NES only had 2K of RAM, and the Commodore64 look was simply a nod to another great system of the time, as the author states (I know I read it in there somewhere, either in the main scroller or in the "secret message" waving around in the bottom).

This is not an 80s demo. This was made in 2000.
I found it odd that "NES Basic" appears to be identical to Commodore=64 basic. A lot less free memory though (65k versus 2k).
