Your feet are a little closed but that wont kill you. If i would change anything i would make you take a bigger turn in the backswing with your shoulders and hips(especially the hips!!!!!!) this will allow you to hit the ball a lot farther; and it seems like your swing is all arms. After that you could maybe try to keep the club on plane more if you want to hit a draw, but if you like hitting a fade then stay with what your doing. Hope i can help!!!
