  • i'm not sure how much i like the "911 club"... but the car is awesome.

  • there are like 20 seniors at my highschool that drive this car

    i drive a mazda 3 hatchback lol

  • hobbit car hahahahahhhahahhaha i love it

  • hobbit car hahahahahhhahahhaha

  • My next car is a 911, this my rewaerd for hard work & acheivement to myselk! I've Taken care of everyone else, Time to take care of ME!

    See ya on The Road!

    PS:

I'm The Giy With The Very Big Smile!

  • This car wasnt really meant for back seat riders. More for small bag items, etc. Just like the 3 series coupes. The only difference is that Porsche looks more desirable then BMW's

  • honestly they need to make this look better seriosly the most of the mercedes looks much better than this car

  • @2pkjs1351 they dont and in 10 years current Mercedes will just be old while 911 will outperform and will be legendary for a long time....also there is a difference how Porsche drive feel which makes it that much more desirable

  • what were all the comparisons at the end about i was thinking more ferrari 458 audi r8 nissan gtr and lamborghini gallardo there all about the same price and speed

  • @AMMGTRS

... ferrari and lambos are sooo much more expensive than all the 911s

  • @bowflexor

    but not in the future..

the future bring more expensiver porsche s!

    boy

  • I could understand why someone would buy a Carrera, Carrera 4, or Carrera S because there are no good RWD competitors for it. If you are planning on buying an AWD Porsche, you should buy an Audi R8 instead. The Audi is a true supercar, while the comparatively mundane Carrera is only a sportscar. The biggest flaw in every Porsche is the interior. Interiors have never been Porsche's forte.

  • My uncle owns one of these... I guess that is what you get when you are an anthesiologist!

  • I think Kelley needs updating for the newer models.

  • I bought a garage queen 2007 911 S with 13k miles and must say it is the finest car I ever owned. Comfort, fit and fast. And the cup holders....well,if there has to be one weak point...then this is it. but they are out of the way and they work. Awesome car and I suggest taking the High Performance Driving Course (HPDC) through the PCA and at a track near you. Then run some auto crosses. YOu will love it big time

  • 345 hp, not 325.

  • The only Porsche I would want is a 911 turbo.

  • Driving a Porche is an unforgetable experience, these cars become parts of your body like new yet awesome appendages.

  • Shit, I only had a 350z and I didn't want drinks in my car LOL

  • 1:00 made me laugh!

  • i agree with rc88rzrs who cares if u have cupholders it wouldnt matter because u'd be goin so fast the cup wouldnt be there when u hit a red light

  • it is like that since the first 911 the engine was placed over the rear axle so they could seat 4 people inside although the rear seats only fit short people (no way to seat anybody on the back if you have the targa with the glass roof open though) to kinda allow owners to take their kids to school... .... as for additional storage space.

  • my friend is thinking about getting one, and when i saw the cup holders, they didnt look so supportive. If someone has one, can you tell me how good they are?

  • who gives a shit about the cupholders

  • my uncle usted to have one he bought new in 2000 and sold last year... it was a Targa 4s and i must tell you it drives like a dream, it super stable even on heavy rain, very responsive and only fits 2 people in comfort the backseats are useless... usable only for short trips on decent roads... about the cup holders... for get that... only americans love cup holders on a car.

  • lol if it had cupholders, i'll remove it the very moment i see it.

  • yup

engines in the back on 911's

  • Porsche is known for putting the engine were no one else dares to put... or be on top of the rear axle this gives more space inside and creates a unique driving style or their cars the early 911's let's say from the 60' decade to the 80' decade were known for spinning around if the driver was not careful, then they added AWD and the car became much easier to drive on the limit and the new Turbo it just breaks the scale the system does not alow any under or over steer which makes it perfect

  • well they are german they like to be practical, plus rear seats means the insurance company clasify it as a 4 seat coupe not a 2 seater supercar.

  • da 2005 911 turbo look better

  • Howcome the 911 turbo is on your web but not the gt2

  • They all look the same on the inside........ HATE porches interior

  • ever started a car while putting it in gear porsche style? feels wierd

  • ...but it totally makes sense: one hand starts the motor; the other engages the gear. This evolved from Porsche's early days.

  • how did that guy even fit in the back

  • i got into one the other day and there is literally no place to put ur legs

  • There's what Jeremy Clarkson said "perfect for you're 2 1/2 kids"

  • but i don't really care the back seat would be kind of like a trunk but no kids would be getting in my 911 if i got one they get a volvo

  • I have been car shopping recently and I have driven the 911, M3, M5 and some AMG SLK's.

Here is the reason that I chose Porsche:

10 years from now, this car will still turn heads. My children will fall in love with this car, just as I did when I was 7 years old.

The 911 is all about style - in addition to top-notch handling and performance. This is something that most people don't understand.

That's why the 911 isn't for most people. Porsche is fine with that and so am I.

  • totally understand you...

  • @atorza there is no substitute

  • I love these KBB reviews

  • A pitiful 6-cylinder engine with 345 horsepower, 0 to 60mph in 4.7 seconds, for $75,000? No. How 'bout a V8 with 414 horsepower, 0 to 60mph in 4.5 seconds, for $56,000 in the BMW M3?

  • BMW'S SUCK

  • Well one thing's for sure - the Carrera isn't better than the M3, the M3 has more power, a faster 0-60 time, and two more cylinders. And a much smaller price tag!

  • yeah i gess but i still love the my 911

  • strange.

  • I have the 2008 M3 but the 911 is a totally different car...it's all about handling, which the m3 cannot match. The carrera's engine is weaker, but the car is nearly 800 lbs. lighter.

  • That makes sense. If you didn't already have an M3, would you still consider paying the extra money for a Carrera over an M3?

  • So the benefits of buying the Carrera are:

    1. 6 miles per gallon better

    2. Looks cooler

    3. Way better handling

The benefits of buying the M3 are:

    1. More power, faster

    2. Less expensive

The M3 comes standard with air conditioning w/dual-zone climate controls, interior air filter, tilt/telescopic leather-wrapped steering wheel w/radio controls, cruise control, power sunroof, outside-temperature indicator, memory system, upgraded sound system, and leather upholstery. What about the Carrera?

  • bmws are for a different person my friend

  • that's true. i guess i'm more biased toward the bmw m3 just because it's more powerful and faster

of course different people have different tastes.

  • consderiding this is youtube, that was actually like a nice reply thank you

  • you are very welcome

yea i know that the m3 is faster and all but the carrera is kinda more of a sports car cause of its handling advantage.. and the ride quality is better in the carrera too. but of course the m3 is a very impressive car as well. the m3 shoots to 60mph in 4.5 and it has like 414 horsepower which is a lot more impressive than the carrera bust still.. they're both very sporty cars

the m3 is the car for me though
