@magicapricot He's not really tapping, he's playing artificial harmonics (which is even more difficult). Look for him playing "when you wish upon a star" for more.
Wildwood Flower has been one of my favorite pieces to play since a child. It is so easy to change! You can do it fast, upbeat, or make it slow and mournful. Good clip! Uprated. People, if you read music, this old song, which as far as I know never had words, is very easy to find and learn. Many old "learn to play guitar" books have this one in them. You know where they like country music? Iceland! They play accordions to it! Hee hee hee!
@BobDylansDream3 Cool! Thanks! When I brush up on my guitar playing, I pull this one out to shake off the cobwebs. I knew Harry Smith and he had a lot to say about the Carter family. I have some videos up on him, but I forget on which of my channels. Before his death he got a Grammy for his work with Verve/Folkways records and Alan Lomax in the '50s. xo
If anyone needs help working this tune out, I can help. I have it finished spot on except those harmonics at the end....I could use some help
