I'm fairly sure there's a console command somewhere that lets you play face poses on bots or players

You model the face animation in Faceposer (in Source SDK), and then you run a console command to run the animation ingame.

Awesome, but how long did it take to finish?

Overall it took me 4 hours to make this. And that's including learning how to use Faceposer for the first time, and complaining at Vista for making me have to do the process the long way. Which isn't too bad really.
