  • nice video mjochagavia!

    excellent work!

  • great demo on how to tie that royal wollf , but do you think that it ireall necessary to add the head cement? if your whip finish is good enough you should have no reason for the cement then right???? just though i would ask.

  • Head cement is like insurance you hope you do not need it but put it on anyway. Trust me it sucks to have a fly unravel while the fish are biting.

  • usualy i whip finish twice then apply cement, it ensures that the thread wraps dont get cut on a fish tooth or anything. I will leave it off some sparser dry flies with less floatancy but if im tying say a stimulator, or big foam hopper or something, then sure ill add that durability.

  • Very nice, I am learning to tie myself and found your instructions very valuable. Thanks

  • thank you for posting this video... i am learning to tie, and its invaluable..

  • beautiful work

  • you should cut down on the floss and build up a nice set of peacock herl for the body

  • Great tie of Lee's clasic hair wing fly.

  • what is that?

  • nice, neat fly
