I agree with everybody that this version sucks pretty bad! BUT...slash is only putting his spin on this tune not trying to copy Eddie, plus there's no way he's pulling that off on a Gibson Les Paul either! Scott does make up for it at 3:25-3:35 though =)

Of course, this disgrace never would have happened if Eddie Van Heineken had gotten his act together instead of waiting until the last minute to go into rehab.

Disagree totally . Scott isn't DLR (hey, who is?) & so didn't try to sound like him. He can get away with doing his own thing but the band SUCKED. The playing was fucking awful , absolutely missed the groove.

Drugs pretty much destroyed Weiland. Look at him singing in the 90's doing acoustic stuff and what not. He actually looked healthy and had an amazing voice. He's burnt out now

Disagree totally . Scott isn't DLR (hey, who is?) & so didn't try to sound like him. He can get away with doing his own thing but the band SUCKED. The playing was fucking awful , absolutely missed the groove.
