The stalker is Drew/Andy who was angry woth Mac, since he saw his brother Will get beaten to death by a man when he, Mac, and his two brothers were younger. Mac had a gun and was able to shoot the man, but didnt, so the other brother took the gun and shot the man. Andy/Drew wasnt supposed to be there, but followed them, and watched the events, and Mac hesitating to shoot the man, and blamed Mac for his brother Will's death.
