Wheat flour tortillas????? That is not Costa rican food...We eat white corn flour tortillas (tortillas de masa) instead...that looks to me like hotel food for naive tourists...
@SANxJONERO I'm sure that's true; but Papillion12 is right: there is a difference between "food in Costa Rica" and "Costa Rican food" - and flour tortillas are not Costa Rican.

@SANxJONERO I'm sure that's true; but Papillion12 is right: there is a difference between "food in Costa Rica" and "Costa Rican food" - and flour tortillas are not Costa Rican.
