I think the guy behind Laird was too far back. That section would of got him. Besides Plenty waves at Hanalei he probably got the next one. Unless you Tittus or Kani Pa everyone takes off because the wave i very long and sections and if you don't go sometimes the guy farther back doesn't make it and then the wave go's to waste. Sometimes plenty guys take off and then bail after they see the guy makes it.
