This is not Its Gonna Rain....two totally different songs with the same theme and written by two toally different people. Marvin Winans wrote the orignal not this one
Oh, but it is "It's Gonna Rain". It's just that whoever arranged this one got a couple of verses as well as the title wrong. It's been recorded by a number of artists so I know what the title is.
