You are so right - it is an extremely rare condition. And thank you, we are trying so very hard to make sure she feels loved. We appreciate your kind thoughts and prayers. It is so important to us that others become aware of this disease. We have been blessed by so many who have shown us kindness. It just makes me so sad to see this. Its so unlikely to happen and feel for you because it had to happen to your family :( and in the pictures she is such a cutey and it looks like u guys are giving her all the love in the world! I send her and ur family my best prays. Please keep me in form on how shes doing. I know you dont know me but i just feel the need to know how someone with this is holding up. good luck :)

She has good days and bad. The good days fill us with hope and happiness. The bad days terrify us. I know in my mind that you are right about God being there for us ... often, though, it's difficult to feel in my heart. When your child is suffering, every breath you take is painful.

In the last 30 minutes over fourty of my 500somefriends have already joined ( i sent it to all of them) and some have added all of thier friends which so far it has been sent to over 1500 people!!!! and nobody has declined it yet!!!! While this is a heartbreaking situation, I must say that Gabrielle's family has never given up hope. They have never stopped trying to find out why their precious child was not progressing like other children. So many people have taken this child to heart. If you spent one minute in her presence she would capture your heart. She must go to another country to get help.... that is all there is to it... Let's make that happen.

I work with Gabrielle's mother, Danielle and I have know Gabrielle since she was born. If I had to use one word to describe her it would be joy. She is so full of joy and is just bursting to share it with everyone.
