I also use the cordless Dremel, and it works great with our Pug.

I've heard bad things about the dremel and I think the loud noise would scare nervous dogs. Zora is so good she behaves as well as my Cockapoo when I do her nails

I use the cordless it make less noise, you dont deal with a cord, and its easier to handle.
Try putting the dog up higher you can get a better angle. Good job over all (and that is coming from someone who does this for a living)
