I have it and it might be if you have the hold button on/constantly one. I think it's below the volume and you have to hold it to lock/unlock it.

i was thinking about getting this phone later on in the year, and i have a few questions to those who have it:

1. is the pic/video quality as bad as the guy says it is?

2. do you frequently make mistakes typing on the keypad?

The pictures aren't bad but they aren't good. They're just alright. The video is what you would expect from a phone and kind of looks like a bad youtube video.

I rarely make mistakes while texting. I'm a regular guy and I find texting to be very easy and fast. Of course it takes a bit of getting used to but all phones do pretty much.

Basically, I like it. It's a pretty good phone but if youre getting a new phone get a cool touch screen one like the lg dare :), but this is cool too!

1. the video quality is good for a phone, it is a better quality than my LG Chocolate that i had recently. Although that the quality for this phone is good, it do not compare well to a regualar digital camera, but it still fairly good.

2. i very rarely make mistakes on this keppad during texting or other typing. but i have to agree with mlohr21, that you may have to get use to the button size, not a big deal though.

I would say that this phone isnt really all that flimsy, but if you find a flimsy spot, and keep picking at it, then it may bound to be that it will get flimsy after a while. This phone does a picture messaging, but for it to be free, that would depend on what package or plan you may have.

omg i got this phone liek 2 weeks ago and it owns so much... as long as u dont beat on the hinge too much i dont predict any problems...also i have monitor wipes that can be used to keep it clean which makes it still seem in mint condition even tho it can scratch rather easily...we all know it can break easy so get some insurance, take care of the phone, and stfu and u will be fine

i have this phone and i hate it. i have had 5 of them and all of them refuse to read my FORMATTED memory card. its total junk in my opinion. when i type it skips letters every time. also, if you open it in landscape mode without slightly lifting the screen up, it scratches. its not a good phone. get the voyager or enV or something

i have this phone and it is amazing. it's easier to txt on than the env. i've played with my friend's env for like a week and this one was still easier. smaller keypad means smaller distance for your fingers to travel when typing. and you have just as much space to press on the keys as you do on the env. get this phone.
