Product has one major flaw. The connector. The USB cable connection wears quickly and breaks. It can even short out your USB connection on your PC like it did to ours and now all of our USB connectors on our $2000 server are dead. Manufacturers - please stop over-thinking your connections. Just stick with standard USB. Selling special cables should not be your priority.
