You can still fight him at Nebula Area 6 if you S-rank the SP navis and then beat the DS navis there at an average of 25-40 seconds and then go up the ramp at the end.

to dodge the buster rake you have to look at the panels (don't move randomly!!!), it's hard but with enaugh training you can do it without area grab. i sometimes can dodge it...

When u gotta S-rank 'em aain, just hit em with a Proto-Soul S folder: 1 Swrd, 4 wide swrd, 2 long swrd, 4 Katana 1's (S), 4 Pulsar 3 (S), maybe some chips 4 Serch soul, AreaGrad, invis, u get the idea. A LifeSwrd/BigNoise/WildBird Folder

His buster rake is nothing in this game. It makes you flinch. What's hard is his Darkness Overload. I almost always get hit by himself(his body. not the attack.). lol.

Defeat all Ds navis for the 2nd time under 2 - 3 mins in Nebula Area after completing liberation mission 9. If you defeat them under 2 mins u get Dark Mega, more than 3 mins you get Nebula Grey with 2500hp lol.

Go to Undernet 2 from Undernet 3(jack in port from Nebula Base, after the entrance in after the huge pipe. Just walk around, leaning toward the walls, and pressing R each step. You'll find it on the wall on the right, looks like a bulletin board?). Follow the path, go through Nebula Area 2-5, and make it to Area 6, battle all the DS Navis(requires S-rank of all Omega navis you got Souls from) and beat them, and get to the huge platform in the middle. (continued in the next response)

Beat Nebula Grey Beta. Then, jack out and return all the way there, and beat the DS navis AGAIN, and then if you beat them between 25-40 seconds on average, you can face Bass Beta. Less than 25 seconds means you face DarkMega. More than 40 seconds means you face Nebula Grey Beta. That's all.

Oh, and going in the areas requires opening "Nebula Holes", and so the viruses are upgraded from V1 to V3, so be warned, they will have from 280-360 HP. Yes, that's right, 280-360 HP. O_O

SearchMan: End Area 3, on a dead end running SouthEast, right after a ramp, and before another one NorthWest.

Ohhhh. Omega forms. okay. You should say Alpha for the Ghosts you encounter at a set area, Beta for the Ghosts you encounter in dead ends, and Omega for the random encounter Ghosts...

I have a /very/ cheap method for you,if the going gets a little to toughand Bass spams his buster.

Pause and move. =D Watchthe panel that blinks, if it's yours, move. Rinse and repeat.

When you find yourself doing random Bass battles, you get creative on staying alive. xD
