This can happen if you use a barking collar. The dog learns that barking is fobidden but he'll learn to make other noises which will not initiate the collar punishment.
So please, never use barking collars.

Guys,this is a pug..But,it seems its vocals are messed up,making it have a high pitch sound..Pugs go "Awooo!!" And,their vocals are lower.Poor dog...
