Yes, Catalonia is Spain, of course it is. Catalonia has two languages (catalan and spanish) has its own culture, but it's one more place in Spain, like Andalucia, Madrid or Galicia. There are some people in Catalonia who don't want to be spaniards, but no everyone. Not even half.

Spain is not an unified and peaceful country. Not unified because there are several cultures: Catalan, Basque and Galician. Most of these citizens don't want to be Spanish. Me, for instance, I'm only Catalan and not Spanish.
