There's a blood blister under nail, between the nail and the nail bed. You hold a paperclip over a candle till it's red hot then *carefully* press the paperclip to the nail and it will melt thru the nail and, "POP", into the blood. There's no pain since the paperclip doesn't touch the nail bed UNLESS YOU PRESS TOO HARD!
