The court of protection is designed to protect the interests of the people that are vulnerable. And the fees are very modest. I think it is very important to ensure that you get the right advice and the right lawyers to deal with your LPA. It is clear that the expensive lawyers can often be the ones to avoid - running up massive bills that are just profiteering.

Updates: for 29 April: Subject: Protest

Scotland Yard have been in touch to accommodate our protest, we have insisted it go ahead on this day because the Queen (HM Courts) needs to answer us and address our problems which everyone seems to be ignoring! They have suggested that we cannot protest outside Westminster Abbey at 1pm or in the Parliament 1 mile radius but we can protest at Trafalgar Square, 10 min walk outside the 1 mile radius from 1pm and can move to Westminster Abbey for 3pm
