  • All this hype about torture is strictly a political stunt. It is so superficial! The people involved in accusing the bush administration mainly the left media are only trying to boost the democratic parties standing! This is a load of crap. Water boarding is not torture! We do it to our own military in training. Would we honestly torture our own military. Gouging a persons eyes out is torture. Water boarding is not torture. I would gladly be water boarded to shut all these crazy people up!

But none the less all this is old news now and doesn't seem to be worth discussing.     um see...if  you knew anything about the US Constitution, it is a 'US Law document' that lays out the law of the Land and structure of Government for the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and IT's CITIZENS.

    The USA does not presume to dictate that it's constitution should be the law and structure of government for all the other counties on the planet also.

    Good , then you must realize also the Declaration of Independence doesn't have anything to do with Constitutional Rights or rights granted to American Citizens by the U.S. Government. . Declaration of Independence was a declaration of Independence from England and The Divine Rights of Kings...doesnt grant anybody any rights and isnt a document of law.

    You should learn a bit more about these things you're trying to use as an example to make whatever point you're trying to make..
