i love this commercial. i as well still have my original malibu barbie minus the round sunglasses. the smaller items always get lost. now! with the internet. i have the whole sunset. that's what they were called then. i have ken pj skipper and francie all with thier colourful beach towels. but still minus the sunglasses. i also have the groovy coutry camper what's a barbie and friends with out a camper.

Malibu Barbie and friends Malibu Skipper and Malibu Francie are from the early 70's.  The cool thing about Barbies from this time is their hair...it didn't get frizzy, gross and ruined like today's dolls. Thirty years later and my dolls still look great.
