I have driven that road. Loved it. Wasn't poopy panted at all. Cars group like that and it is called queing theory. A slower car will hold up traffic and cause the groupings as others catch the slower and are unable to pass. The music, Sierra Nevada, was that the Sons of the Pioneers by chance?

@pinkjedi707 Thanks. I use a full-sized tripod with one of the legs on the floor in the front passenger's footwell, one in the drink holder, and one on the center console between the seats. Works pretty good, but you have to hang on to it on hard corners.

@CAMINOANDALUZ Thank you. Running the ridge at Inspiration Point (beginning at 1:01 in the video) is a real pants-pooper for many. Others just have a panic attack there.
