Scaring the animals and teasing them like that is animal abuse. She could of damaged the animals throat and if the animal got freaked out enough it could of tried jumping back even harder. That could of lead to torn muscles or bruises

I never said we should shelter dogs or animals from living there life's because there could get hurt I'm just saying if there's a possibility of them being hurt and you know you could stop it from happening wouldn't you stop it. I have explained the things before of what could happen to the dog and if she loved the dog she would have been more careful with it.

Teasing is animal abuse. So you can't play with dogs by keeping a ball away from them or anything like that.
Also, note that the girl let the animals out when they started jumping around.
