Joey your saving lives with this work you are doing.I was just FINALLY diagnosed with Bipolar and i wanted to go home in 1988 after a trama and depression.
Currently I am working on a book called " BIPOLAR AND PROUD "
When I was diagnosed my wifes friends said " LEAVE HIM and I was lectured for having a bad attitude and using my mental illness ????
I'm dying of ignorance and stupidity in 2011...STIGMA KILLS BIPOLAR BEARS EVERYDAY
"The most sophisticated nation in the world" would never call itself that. The most blindly nationalistic one maybe? I'm sure the Nazis here in Germany called themselves sophisticated.
The USA continue to break international agreements and fail to cooperate in the constructive organization of human future (climate politics, unjustified wars).
THAT'S the reason you guys have a great entertainment industry - you need to distract yourself from the corrupt and outdated system that's breaking you.
Part 2: I gave this video a thumbs up for Joe's intelligence but the show is a superficial piece of shit and I think it's important to point that out.
Joe Pantoliano was a hero to me growing up because he played Bob Keane (Ritchie Valen's manager) and Perry Parker who had his own dance show...This makes me look up to him only more. I teach classes on co-occurring disorders and how much mental illness contributes to substance addiction; as I have had major depression too. It is emotionally draining work and Joe makes me proud to be spreading the awareness.
Thanks Joe Pant, this is serious. & medications realy dont work that well. Too many side effects. I played for my cousins funeral, then a week later for a boy who had problems with his medications. My dad is a Veitam vet & has Manic depression in the most serious condition, every day he suffers even thow he spends time with fellow veterans.I also feal that we are in a generation of people who are without natural effection. The Bells Of Dunblane
Thanks for posting this. The stigma of mental illness is ever present. It's a continual problem that gets in the way of any treatment. People don't believe depression until it happens to them.
does anyone know if there is a conspiracy to whether or not these drugs cause brain damage or changes or extended long term use?
