However, when the era of increased PPVs and weekly TV - his limited face character really got old quick. The worst part about him is he couldn't win a match any other way than the Hulking out and leg drop. He couldn't even come up with a secondary finisher or submission hold, just to be interesting. His ego was too huge

True. But in the late 80's and early 90's, managers always got roughed up a little bit. The Warrior however, dragged him to the ring and beat him so much that he was carried out on a stretcher. That's what I mean by REALLY harm. Nice reference though.
