  • And by the way to those who say rod tip up, you should pay attention and learn the proper spook "walk the dog" technique, tip twitch straight down, wrist snaps and no upward or side motions. Just like you see here!

  • Thanks for posting a real time fishing video. I don't mind that there are no catches, I like seeing how you time the jerks, crank speed, etc. And I don't need to be entertained by seeing another fish. I know you're expert at it, very educational for me.

I know others instructing how to fish a Zara Spook will tell you to not use braided line, it doesn't have the right feel. Heavier mono seems to be a common preference.

  • You guys are all retarded, Scott's an excellent fisherman. search Kawabunga66 and see him catch fish.

  • this is awesomke

  • yeah dude ...fuckin yeah man .... shit bro !!

  • Bull shit....This guy is physicologically sick..

  • That would be a "Z" pattern. So, why did you post a Video without any Catches? Just wondering?! Also, you sound depressed. Fishing is supposed to be fun. You make it sound like a day at Work. Byeeeeeez Now!

  • I'm moving on to a different Video. I can't take this any longer! Bye now!

  • this video might have been good if something actually happened

  • yawnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

  • dude never tilt the pole down when your bass fishing thats only when your deep sea fishing keep the pole up and your line tight

  • Ok dude ur making a whole bunch of mistakes. Here goes: You need to use 20lb braid instead of mono. Braid floats way better than mono and has no stretch. Also braid will eliminate that fraying problem you talked about. You need to let that bait lay for about 5 or 10 seconds after you first cast it and let the ripples die down. Also you will have better luck if you would make 2 or 3 casts down the bank before moving ahead.

  • uuuummmmm you either need to change baits or change lakes. or just change hobbies bc you suck at fishing.

  • When do you choose a walk-the-dog type bait over a buzzbait?

  • @HandsAreForRipping Fish often Key in on sound. Look at spinner Baits. Willow leaf blades aren't as "Noisy" as Colorado blades. Change the blade shape to change the sound depending on how the fish are biting. A topwater lure, be it Buzzbait, a popper, or a walker changes the sound and presentation(What the fish sees). Some days you may find you need a buzzbait for the more agressive splashing and gurgling sound it gives. If you need a slower toned down lure, a walker or popper is the way to go.

  • dude you gotta pause . you are running the dog.

  • Here...for those not getting sound...he does explain his actions. You guys posting are harsh, considering your all wrong....there IS sound, and he DOES tell what he is doing. I suggest you guys fix your PC, or get a better connection or just go get a life.

"series of little short jerks with the pole...sort of half turns with the real to keep the slack in." Thanks for your video bro, nice technique. Different time of day, or color of lure prolly catch something.

  • you fuckin suck dude

  • If you are doing a "how to" video, shouldn't the majority of the time be spent actually explaining something. No one wants to watch you fish, especially if you aren't good at it. At least edit in catching a few if you are going to waste our time.

  • Either add sound or writing or "show" what you are doing. Are you twirling the rod in a circle, switching back & forth??

  • what the fuck.

  • this video is very STAHUPID

  • lol it took me a while... thought it was my computer

  • no sound
