Hey, thanks to you guys we got inspired to make a halo short film and wanted to make a scorpian tank..its just i dont know what to do...we were planning to make it a summer project, but we also have to make spartan armor....i just wanna know if you can help us and give us some advice...it the time and money that worries me....and how we do it...we got the guns and the armor figured out but...please help, we're just 13 years old.

Dude you should invest in a chalk-line. It would save you tons of time and effort and make your lines perfectly straight

I have no idea. I can't imagine more than 10 or 20$. Chances are someone's dad has one in their garage somewhere. Home depot, lowes, wal mart, basically everyone has them. Plus, I don't know if you're doing this or not but you should build a small model first, like out of balsa wood or styrofoam just to make sure it's going to work and everything. If not no biggie. I just think it'll help get the proportions right.

yea, actually I have a 3d model of the tank. Were going off of that. So thats basically our small version of the tank, but higly detailed. As for the chalk line tool. We wont really need them. Because we were going off the cracks in the ground for the main ones. They are straight. But the ones tyler drew wernt because I told him to go fast.
