  • That's the Gordok Ogre Suit for a Dire Maul tribute run, actually. The trinket makes you a reddish-orange ogre, you even see that in the link MJDHX gave.

  • That's not the trinket, In Dire Maul North, there is a random dancing ogre, and once you beat the instance, you become "king of the Ogres" and all the mobs are friendly, so on the way out, i filmed him dancing.
