The iPad did not start a tablet market. The iPad started an iPad market. Other tablet manufacturers other than Apple are struggling to sell. HP, Blackberry, and Windows are getting killed in tablet sales. Android is barely hanging on but is actually competitive.

Microsoft definitely dropped the ball when they cancelled the Courier. Apple's already talking about a second-generation iPad and 3 or 4 versions of the new iPhone 5. Microsoft needs to pick up the pace a little bit.

if it is between this tablets and the iPad, i go with the ipad, but iPad against the courier then it is the courier, it looks awesome but microsoft is no good at doing the hardware, there good at software, just looks at the Xbox i love but they took so dam long to fix the red rings of death. I think that if microsoft release there Courier and if they do the hardware then it will no be as good as it should be, just my opinion what you guys think?

What's wrong with Microsoft?? It would be very usable and a greater compition if we can use these computers to write and draw on. We have the access.. Look at the simple Nintendo DS and how you can draw and make notes on! I have to keep using my fingers on my Ipad!! Plus only on "their" app programs.. A great idea gone to waste! Sad.

HP slate is yet another failed device! Microsoft, release the DAMN Courier!!! The Courier is a winner, stop promoting the enemy along the way.

It's almost like Microsoft doesn't care if the courier does well, just as long as the iPad doesn't win. I think the iPad is going to win regardless, but there are enough bad tablet pcs on the market.

@LittleRicky63 Apple has only recently been adapting that image. If you look to the past they have a pretty weak track record. Steve Jobs has a tendency to make people make good idea or be fired. Compared to Microsoft which used to be that tight but has been more lenient which is there downfall. But overall PC has more options then Apple just because of the usability and freedom of what a PC is compared to a locked Apple. Damn apple commercials and their lies!
