  • hehe, i live in Houten myself, and i'm not noticing any discouraging of cars... well, i'm to young to drive (15) but still..

  • It's so narrow, I thought at first you were on a bike trail. The trick is they are taught a different attitude towards cyclists. Motoring is discouraged.
