  • @WANTONSOUPGUY Yes, my videoing skills are definitely not on a professional scale. I am getting better, and hope to continue to do so. I'm glad you found the information helpful. Om shanti,

  • Will this help my pelvis from kyposis, or what ever you call it?

  • i have dextro and levoscolliosis. and also have a lumbar lordosis. im losing hope to correct it

  • @lyrica85 Hi Lyrica, Email me at essentialyoga@comcast.net and let me know what city you live in. I will see if I can find you an Iyengar Yoga teacher. Taking yoga from the right teacher can significantly reduce your pain. You may want to get Elise Browning Miller's Yoga for Scoliosis book. Om shanti, Roberta

  • i have dextro and levoscolliosis. and also have a lumbar lordosis. im losing hope to correct it

  • i have lumbar lordosis and moderate dextro and levoscoliosis. i really hope this exercise would help. thanks

  • i have a friend who has PIVD as well as lordosis. Can this stretch help both the problems or should not be done?

  • @johndanielboob....It can be done, and it can be helpful; however, your friend should be guided by a qualified yoga instructor. I am assuming the disk prolapse is in the lumbar spine, therefore it is very, very important that your friend does not sink into the lumbar spine while practicing this stretch.

    I hope this helps.

    Om shanti,

    Roberta

  • hi,can it correct lordosis? i have lordosis and it really hurts.

  • Oh, one more question, how long should the stretch be for?

    Thanks Again!

  • Hi Joseph, I am glad you find it helpful. There are a number of asanas you can do for kyphosis. When I get back from vacation, I wil add another video.

    Om shanti,

    Roberta
