My impressive example would be that: Unfortunately I was not there to see it live, but a team trailed 3-0 and that was 58 seconds from the very end. within these 58 sec they turned the game, equalized to 3-3 AAAND thats not all, they didnt need an overtime to win it, they scored the 4-3 just as the horn started to signalize the end. So the 4th goal counted as well. And the match was finished. To mention: the 3-1 was a normal goal, but 3-2, 3-3 were as they pulled the goalie. 4th was too lucky:-)

your right on dak879 and I remember old BU teams of the seventies who did this sort of thing several times, down 3 goals in third period to come back and win, the greatest was 1977 semifinal vs Clarkson down 6-4 with 4 min left they scored 3 including 2 in last minute to win 7-6 which was greatest BU comeback until last Sat night. If you include 12 ECAC championships and 29 Beanpots and countless other tourney wins BU best program in nation in last 40 years.

Wow. 23 years ago, we lost in OT for a Single A Midget Provincial game AND it still haunts me a little. ha ha ha...I cannot imagine how Miami feels today. However...if their coach tells them now that if someone told them at the beginning of the season....that they would be in the National US finals in OT and not know the outcome...would you take it?!?! Each would likely say "HELL YEAH!" I didn't see the game..but can only imagine its longevity in so many peoples hearts for years to come.
