  • Great trapping!!!

  • They're like, "We're trapped, comeon in and we'll all get a ride back into the forest tomorrow!"

  • There is 3 coon in the cage. Don't the coons become trap shy after seeing there fellow hunting partners get caught in there, I wonder what makes the rest folow?

Where do we buy this double trap?

  • @79Testo Have customers that catch doubles three or more nights in a row. Can buy at advanced trap dot com or call and order 229 769 3029 and order with a credit card.

  • @kirkdekalb

But this can also catch triples, I see three in that trap right in this video. How many entrances are there?

The traps dimensions are kinda small, you think 28x12x16 are big enough for the northern coons?

I live in Canada and coon get 35 lb easily here in late fall. I've caught 40 lb'ers many times too.

So if I understand it correctly, 1 coon gets caught and can bring in another, that will go in a different section of the trap?

is there a larger size in this double catch trap?

  • @79Testo Go to my website advanced trap dot com and you can see up close. You can catch a animal with a smaller trap with a wire trigger. Conventional pan traps are not the same. The trgger system I have is almost limit-less.

  • @kirkdekalb

I went to the website and saw the "double Catch" trap. There are 2 sizes from what I see for the "double catch trap". The one in this video is the 28X12X16 model that is the smallest version, right?

I will be wanting a good size trap and will be ordering this before I go down to the U.S for my next visit to my relatives....I hope it fits into my Toyota Yaris.

I forgot to mention, I ordered your "catching by the numbers" video from Minnesota trap line today. It indicated "video" on the website, but I take it that it is a "DVD"?

it must be a DVD, no one sells video's on VHS any more.

    cheers

  • is the bait just a marshmellow hanging from wire?

  • @theyoungtrapper Piece of a corn cobb with peanut butter. Sold one to a man last week. Caught 7 coons in four nights. Others have done simmiliar on skunks.

  • @kirkdekalb

    how much?

  • Reports from recently sold traps are excellent. Doubles on skunks and coons is common.

Customer set by skunk hole had two first night.(one trap)

Another customer set by deer feeder for coon. Caught two first night. Excellent results.

  • @kirkdekalb

you can fit triple or double catches in these raccoon traps?

    where is it sold?

  • can you eat them?

  • Raccoon is actually very good when fixed properly. I had some at a wild game supper at our church. The pastor brought it. Colonist, settlers, and indians ate raccoon whenever it was available.

They are veracious egg hunters. One coon will destroy hundreds of bird and turtle nests representing the loss of thousands of potentially beneficial animals to man in one small area. It is probably the main killer of potential sea turtles and represents more harm to sea turtles than anthing man does.

  • looks like the 3rd coon doesnt want to leave the 2 coons all by theirselves so he stuck around for a little bit.

  • @ohiodeerhunter21 actaully, you can see there are 4 coons there total.
