I like this piece, what's this from? I love Sugiyama's instrumentation and the way he orchestrates his melodies. This piece has a lot of these elements, it has his name written all over it.

Koichi Sugiyama is possibly the first video-game composer who composed any music pieces which are excellent even for the real orchestra. Especially Nobuo Uematsu(FF) and Koji Kondo(Mario,Zelda) praised Sugiyama as the innovator.

But Sugiyama also appriciated Nobuo Uematsu and Koji Kondo as very important composers for video-game industry. Sugiyama described Uematsu’s music as heartfelt and beautifully melodious while he praised Kondo’s music for Mario as simple but the friendliest.
