yes. You have the option to edit and build houses all the time in Egypt, even if your sims are not playing there. You can place custom made families in Egypt for your Sunset Valley or Riverview sims to meet. You can do this for France and China too.
I'm not sure actually. One of the sims I downloaded from the sims 3 exchange had the tattoo, but I'm not sure if the person who uploaded the sim was the one who made the tattoo. Whoever made it did an awesome job!
lol! I was surprised by the kiss too! I think it is a new animation for the expansion pack. He's level ten in martial arts . . . so It would seem weird if he looked shy when she gave him a first kiss. Im so glad I happened to be filming the scene when it happened.

I think Amun is disciplined. That's why they had that sort of kiss. He looks so surprised (well, just his hands look surprised) because it seemed like he was going to kiss her . . . but she beat him to it. :D It might also be because once you are a martial arts master you become disciplined without having the trait . . . if that makes sense.

If your sims visa is not maxed out, then you can't get a vacation home. Max out their visa and then you can purchase a home.
