@Goomamma honestly, only about half an hour to an hour. just set a slow click and did each individual note as a quarter note, then built it up slowly until it was up to speed.
@neo69hk it's similar to playing legato. when you pull-off you kind of snap the the string slightly with your finger to make it sound out; same thing applies to tapping. it just takes practice! :)
wait, why does the second half sound slightly different than the first? =S
And do you have to tap twice at the G string both when descending an ascending in the pattern? Since I can't do that.

@neo69hk I use both. for me, the fretting hand helps mute the higher strings while the tapping hand mutes the lower ones. :)
