I really hope there is no driving in this game, I've hated it in every game I've had to do it in. It always feels like a punishment and some thing I have to put up with to get back to the game. I've even taken to asking someone else to play that part of the game for me.

It was way to much like the original to be a good sequel. It had some nice gameplay tweaks, but wasn't enough.

@Clifftothemax According to some pictures there was a reference to the Flying Graysons the circus that Dick Grayson was apart of before he became Robin so thats why people are speculating an appearance of Robin. But as you said its all rumored or just a small mention of Robin.
@yoda55 Ah, but if there's mention of the Flying Graysons then really that should be more of an inclination that Nightwing will be in the game, seeing as these games are based on the more modern comics.
But yeah, I don't really expect either Nightwing (Dick Grayson) or Robin (Tim Drake) to be in the game, but I wouldn't at all be surprised if they were referenced. If there is a Flying Graysons image somewhere in the game, it could just be part of a Riddler challenge.

@shatina601, I am already aware of Barbara being Oracle who is handicapped from the waste down she doesn't have full use of her legs. Robin became Nightwing so Batman could still have help from Nightwing, the next Robin Tim Drake and if Barbara had her spinal cord repaired she would be Batgirl again. I have my facts straight and I don't need a silly acting person like yourself arguing about nothing. Batman still needs help he will be in Gotham City this time not Arkham Asylum.

Okay Jemes925 Joker became sick from injecting himself with the Venom toxin you saw used on Bane, and later on his mutant test subject monsters, then later his Joker thugs, then Poison Ivy's plants with the GCPD police officers and lastly, Joker himself. He looked like a mutant clown ready to kill Batman. Batman had his plan already in motion.

Yes, Joker's thugs made alot Joke's towards Batman in wanting to kill him. I love when they all get scared. I love it when Batman hangs on the Gargoyle statue and grabs the scumbags and drops them down. The thugs say, Heyyyyyy!!! What are you doing? Argh huhhhhhhh being dropped down on the rope handing upside down like pieces of meat slaughterhouse slabs. Where did you read that because, Batman:Arkham Asylum's storyline plot takes place during or after the events when Barbara Gordon was shot in her spinal by the murderous, coward and mastermind Joker himself. Robin will exist in Batman:Arkham City and Nightwing isn't around just yet, but he will appear in DC Online Universe. @ffda23 The story was good, but the game didn't really condescend the first one at all. It basically just wallowed in the first one's greatness. You basically played as the guy from the first game with a fishbowl on his head, lol.
It was way to much like the original to be a good sequel. It had some nice gameplay tweaks, but wasn't enough.
This is all just my opinion though.

@cartogropher I'm not really comparing them, I'm just hoping that it doesn't turn out like Bioshock 2 which was almost nothing new in terms of gameplay. I'm hopin that Arkham City goes above what Arkham Asylum was, unlike Bioshock 2 which wallowed in the greatness of Bioshock 1 and was too scared to go outside its limits.

I heard that Rocksteady has planned to add many villains in this sequel, should be long 14-15 hours. As far Two-Face replaces Joker as the main antagonist,Mr. Freeze, Talia somehow confirmed,serial killer Zsasz ,Riddler returns with some new riddles.I would like to see more criminals Penguin, Clayface, Ra's al Ghul & Killer Croc from prequel.

@Clifftothemax According to some pictures there was a reference to the Flying Graysons the circus that Dick Grayson was apart of before he became Robin so thats why people are speculating an appearance of Robin. But as you said its all rumored or just a small mention of Robin.

@yoda55 Ah, but if there's mention of the Flying Graysons then really that should be more of an inclination that Nightwing will be in the game, seeing as these games are based on the more modern comics.
But yeah, I don't really expect either Nightwing (Dick Grayson) or Robin (Tim Drake) to be in the game, but I wouldn't at all be surprised if they were referenced. If there is a Flying Graysons image somewhere in the game, it could just be part of a Riddler challenge.
