@Treve0 - thanks man! there's a lot of infos you can read about these things, i suggest you to make some research on Talkbass.com for more details,  but to answer to you pretty fast, a Guitar wah will cut too much of your low-end.

it's voiced/configure to keep your low-end untouched! it's worth the price.. IMO!

I've just been on the phone with a dude from a well renowned music shop and I asked him the same question.. he says that it is possible to use a guitar one (and I have done in the past). but on some of the lows it loses tone with the bass. not sure why.. somthing to do with the design and frequency.. but yeah.. for maximum sounjd clarity.. the bass one is the go.. but yeah.. you can get away with the guitar one.

If you plan on using the wah with distortion like a fuzz box then you can use a normal wah cuz youll already have a really trebley signal but if you want to do like clean funk stuff you should prolly get the bass wah. its about 30 bucks more. btw i love hysteria!!!!!! =] =]

You need a lot of highs in your basssound. A precisionlike motown basssound is no fun with this pedal, but jazzbasslike highs are great with the 105.

Nice, I have one of these but mine seems to have a short delay from the time you release the pedal and the time it switches itself back to the original sound source, difficult to tell from this video if yours is the same. Have you ever noticed such a delay or have i been stitched up? good basslines pal

yeah indeed, there's a little delay because of the "automatic" switch... in fact the Effect's engage when you put just a little pressure instead of having to push it at it's maximum to engage it... like other wah pedal.

you can hear a bit how long it take for the effect to turn off at 1,16... it's really not that long and it never bothered me... you'll hear it tough if you sustain a note and put your feet off the pedal.
