i had a thought in mind to debadge the rear of my but I didn’t want to go through the process of flushing the respraying the boot lid

I thought of constructing a custom made badge to fit exactly into the recess on the boot lid, i want to make it flush to the rest of the boot and respray it. And just stick it on

Has any1 tried this or though of doing this. does anyone think it will work and make the rear look flush even though there will be a line seen when you come up close

@blacmagicz Hi I have this on my own Golf. Its actually not a bonnet. Its a bonnet extension. I bought it for €50 including a debadged grill. search bonnet extension on ebay and you will find it. there is a small gap between the bonnet and the bonnet extension after you fit it bit it took me abot 2 hours to fill it, flush it in and respray it. hope i could help. if anything isnt clear feel free to ask me
