PART 1. Third molar extraction with no block anesthesia.

Getting mine taken out in 2 weeks without being put to sleep. They're all 100% in though so I heard it should be quick and easy.

@implantdrdm please can you tell me what is the best way to deal with 2 side by side abscessed teeth on upper right side. I have no wisdom teeth and  only have four molars to chew with on each side. I'm sixty years old with severe rheumatoid arthritis. I can't afford to go to a dentist. I am in pain periodically. is there a way to drill thru to the abscess and put antibiotic in there while draining infection?

Hello! I am 20 years old and my wisdom teeth are coming it about 3 of them are half way out but they are not fully all the way out. does that mean they are partially impacted? if so would the dentis be able to just pull it out without me having to actually take anesthesia and have surgery? i'm extremely afraid to go under. I would rather just have a local numbing. my question is. is that possible if half of the tooth is out

putting folks to sleep to take teeth out only accomplishes two possible results..

First it shuts down the brain so they cannot think terrible thoughts.

Second in the very rare case, and I mean RARE, someone with aberrant enervation who cannot get numb by any known method of local anesthesia.. I have met one person in 35 years of practice..
