  • I beat the game when I was in first grade and had the highest score on the website but now the website is gone but it was an awesome achievement

  • @ted11271 That's impressive, bro!

  • COOL

  • hold on i think this games now known as metal torrent as a dsi ware game

  • lol you are supposed to get chains in this game, not just mindlessly shoot everything

  • To be blunt, this game's a bitch. I bought it when it went on sale on Xbox LIVE Arcade and I've never gotten past stage 2.

I can definitely see why this game's well-respected but it is hard as all hell. Shump games definitely ain't my thing.

  • Surprised you didn't release your energy

  • ... and that was level ONE?!

  • Are you invincible in this game or something?! He just runs into all those bullets!

  • @akathasamurai He's got a shield.

  • @Aluuuuh Do you get it for the whole game or was it like some type of item or something?

  • @akathasamurai it depends on what kind of shield ur using. white shield = absorbs white bullets, dark shield = absorbs dark bullets.

  • I remember this music...

Damn you IWBTG and Mecha Birdo

  • A tip: go closer.

  • nice.

  • An *excellent* fighter....I have the same exact version on my sega dreamcast...looks identical!

  • @Nort1234567 Dreamcast version has better graphics and is a more accurate port :)

  • WARNING: NO ONE CARES!!!

  • How are the controls for Game Cube?

  • Great.

  • You totally destroyed the whole point in Ikaruga. You're supposed to Chain and get a highscore. You're not supposed to just survive!

  • Ikaruga aint worth the 70$

  • It's out on XBLA for less I think.

    -kidThunder

  • on XBLA 300 pts

    exelent game!

  • I thought the gamecube version had a chain counter on the screen......??

  • The best shooter ever made?

  • One of the best, but the hardest/best would be "Radiant Silvergun". Ikaruga is a spiritual sequel.
