Want to know an even easier way? Use a Police Cheetah instead of a normal squad car. Shit, I coulda also said use a Rhino tank or a Hunter helicopter, but keeping in mind you don't cheat or already have the 100 packages, use the Cheetah.

Why don't you just drive by uzi the cars to stop them, rather than messing around getting ahead of them and using a rocket launcher? You can also use the VCPD Cheetah, much faster and can be resprayed.

I use the Hunter Helicopter for the vigilante missions. Just spam the rockets down there. Got to 86 kills until someguy got stuck in a building and the police helicopter got in the way of my rockets and killed me. >.<

@TheMichaelshadow i did 2000 with the Hunter :) just start at the airport landingstrip

& very often it went in2 a loop after 12missions (atleast with PS2)

they apear infront of your nose, shoot,& new will apear at exact the same place,

not 2mention after 100kills or so, your money goes up like crazy :)

that loop happend not only at the airport, but its the easiest/fastest location 2kill

without flying a lot, or doing your Hunter damnage

I used an FBI Washington, it helped and I could get sprayed with it, same with the Vice Cop Cheetah.

Yeah and the Cheetah doesn't flip nearly as much as the police crusier, which is a royal pain the ass.

nice thinking, i wouldve never thought of that. but i just use the cheetah fbi, its fast and it works in pay and spray. 5/5 video

Very nice strategy, I'm going to try this using an FBI Washington. The Pay 'n Pray works with those and you can get one easy. Go down the alley next to the Pizza shop Downtown, usually one is parked there.
