you know its a good album when it gets to the end of one track and your anticipating, humming, the words to the next track w/o looking at the back of the CD. and it is literally etched in your brain! This is the 311 , the one and only, best o the best!
*Three, this shit sucks, fuck you Google, solicit a comment or seven. THIS record is better than google, and youtube for putting it up, the record...still MUCH better.
first 311 albums i heard was music and the blue album in back to back... good day indeed.i miss the funk and the heavier riffs...too beachy and light in the wrist these days.
dudeeee oldddddd skool!! this song used to be "fuck the bullshit" before it was fat chance.. just a fun fact some of you might not no.. id hope u do.. check out the album unity, i guess is the message im trying to condone here.. damn im high... 0_o
I love funk and reggae, rock, and of course jazz. I don't smoke weed and never will, but i have nothing against it. Point being im a 311 and i dont even smoke haha.
@Striker439 Thee only way to find this song is to buy the CD 311 Music, not at walmart must say Parental Advisory Explicit Lyrics. And it is the last song on the CD with no name. I've got it and had it for year's it Rock's!

i think up to from chaos was their golden age, but uplifter has some elements of the roots, such as hey you, and india ink kind of reminds me of songs of soundsystem, but i think their next album might break out the roots
it's a "hidden song", a popular gimmick in the mid to late 90's. if you go to the last track on the album and let it run for about a minute in silence, this song comes on.
Yeah, I agree that 311's early years were the best but Transistor and Soundsystem were also very great. I'd say that Soundsystem was their last great album. So simply we can say that the whole 90's were their golden era.
i've seen the devil and the devil is coke. not down with that cuz it aint a fuckin joke. trip the shrooms fantastic, shit gets drastic

fat chance is the name for the first part of the song but yes it is f the bs
HurricaneFreak30336 2 years ago
The poppy-funk tune at the start is Fat Chance, and then the song ends and fades right into F** the Bullsh*t.
Rawk4Life 1 year ago
Just a reminder, the song you hear at the start is Fat Chance. F*ck the Bullsh*t was originally recorded as a hidden track after Fat Chance ended.

The "hidden song" trick...lol. I had forgotten about that.
leftitinurmom 2 years ago
Actually, if you listen to the entire video, there's only a 3-4 second interval in between Fat Chance and F*ck the Bullsh*t.
