@CraftlaceN No, it should be in all versions of Photoshop. The one I used in this video is an old version of Photoshop Elements. I also do it the same way in Photoshop CS2.

Just erase the parts of the 'rainbow' layer that you don't want, like the area on your face and hair. To make your hair darker and face brighter I would suggest playing around with brightness/contrast.

You could erase the parts of the blended layer that you don't want. Then you would end up with only the desired area blended. Make sense?
